Q: When will I get my order?

A: As I am a one-woman owned small business, orders could take anywhere between 2-7 days to be processed! I try my best to get all orders packaged as quickly as possible but I ship anywhere between 10-40 orders a week! After packaging all orders shipping takes anywhere from 2-4 days depending on where in the country you are based in comparison to me!

Q: Do your products really contain nickel?

A: While many of the materials I use explictly state they do not contain nickel, there are many others that do not disclose whether they do or do not. I order materials rather thoughtfully, trying to only purchase items that are nickel-free, but unless all the materials making up the piece state so explictly, I do not feel comfortable calling the product nickel-free.

Q: When will you update the products in your shop? 

A: I've been working on a bi-weekly schedule adding new products every other week! Drop times may vary, so follow me at @byhannahjean on twitter and instagram for updates on drop themes and times!
